La dott.ssa Benedetta Gilioli è una nutrizionista specializzata nella Nutrizione Sportiva che ci affianca nella formazione dei nostri atleti sul tema del nutrirsi con consapevolezza. L’obiettivo è ottimizzare la performance e il recupero dell’Atleta per portarlo alla miglior forma in gara.
Nutrition plays a key role in sport. Dr. Benedetta Gilioli is a nutritionist specialised in Sports Nutrition who assists us in training our athletes on the subject of eating with awareness. The aim is to optimise the performance and recovery rates of athletes so they are in the best possible condition when competing.

Ground Up nasce con l’intento di ottimizzare la salute umana e la performance sportiva attraverso principi scientifici applicati al movimento e alla preparazione atletica. Ogni percorso è personalizzato sulla base dei test iniziali comprensivi di 54 misurazioni ortopediche dalle quali viene creato un piano specifico per le esigenze e limitazioni muscolo scheletriche del singolo atleta, ottimizzando così la performance e mitigando il rischio spiacevole di infortuni.
Ground Up was launched with the intention of optimising human health and sports performance through scientific principles applied to movement and athletic training. Each plan is personalised based on initial tests, including 54 orthopaedic measurements from which a specific plan is established for the musculoskeletal needs and the limitations of the individual athlete, thereby optimising performance and mitigating the risk of injury.
